We have to eat in order to have the energy to perform our daily tasks and to enjoy the many beautiful things in this world. However, do we really know what to eat so that we can be healthy? Many diseases are associated with unhealthy eating. Hence, it is important to know what to eat so that we will not be victims of such diseases. For this week's journal writing, I would like you to discuss and reflect on healthy eating. To help you, I have listed some questions below:

Healthy eating is very important as it protects our body from viruses and bacteria. Some children dislike eating healthy food as it is not nice to eat. Even though some healthy food is not nice to eat, we should eat them. Some examples of healthy food are vegetables and fruits.
ReplyDeleteUnhealthy food causes sickness and too much of them can be serious. Some examples of healthy food are french fries and fried food. Even though unhealthy food are bad for your health. You can eat them once or twice every few weeks.
Recently, my school has a new campaign encouraging children to eat more fruits and vegetables. I think it is very meaningful of the school to help us eat our fruits and vegetables.
I think we can host a competition and the challenge is to eat the most fruits or vegetables. We can also give fruits and vegetables along with our recess meals.
